40 minutes sat waiting isn't acceptable time management by the veterinary practice.
I walked out and informed the receptionist to cancel the appointment.. No apology for them running so late, just a snotty look.
I'm sure Tain vet's can do a better job. When you was run and owned by the vet, you where good. But since being sold to a big Ltd company your service has become awful.
